Drink this everyday to strengthen your immune system. FIGHT THE VIRUS.

This is what COVID-19 does to us;

Signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death

This is how we can fight it;

Onions contain antioxidants and compounds that fight inflammation, decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels — all of which may lower heart disease risk. Their potent anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce high blood pressure and protect against blood clots

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few. Ginger can be used fresh, dried, powdered, or as an oil or juice, and is sometimes added to processed foods and cosmetics

The combined effects on reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as the antioxidant properties, may reduce the risk of common brain diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and dementia ( 21 , 22 ). Summary Garlic contains antioxidants that protect against cell damage and aging.

Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants — both of which may offer health benefits. Eating limes or drinking the juice may improve immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors, prevent kidney stones, aid iron absorption, and promote healthy skin

Today, proponents of honey tout its miraculous healing properties, claiming that it can prevent cancer and heart disease, reduce ulcers, ease digestive problems, regulate blood sugar, soothe coughs and sore throats, and increase athletic performance

Simply add Limes, Garlic, Onions, Ginger, and Honey to a boiling pot.  Allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Drink one cup daily.

Our bodies are strong and resilient.  There are super foods on this earth that can help us heal and strengthen our immune systems.  Let’s do it and SHARE knowledge not panic.
