Pipeline Hack Prepares Us For an Ominous Future

Over the past 30 years, the US as well as the rest of the world has become more reliant on technology and networking capabilities. Computer science controls most of our major functions as a society. We have been able to supply more than ever before because of this technology, yet the danger to humanity is also more present.

It isn’t that technology itself will kill us off, or harm us directly. It is the indirect, the ability for someone to hack into a system that millions depend on for their livelihood that will be the greatest threat to us all.

The Colonial Pipeline hack is merely the beginning of what the future holds and what we should fear most. Criminal hackers, looking to gain more money and power, shut down a system, and sent the entire East Coast into a frenzy.

Go to a gas station today, watch as the need for gas, and limited supply turn people against each other. Watch as people fight to grab the last gallon of gas. Imagine this lasted for weeks or months. People would lose money, be unable to provide food/shelter, be unable to leave their homes, all because the gas pipeline was interrupted. Think about what that would do to our inherent nature to survive, by any means necessary.

When we as humans, put all of our main sources of daily life into a computer system, we become weak. We are at the behest of any and all hackers capable of interrupting these systems.

Today, it is the gas pipeline, tomorrow it could be the food chain, or the water supply, or even the entire banking system. Can you imagine if any of these were taken over by hackers? It isn’t if it will happen, but when and will we be prepared to survive?

The World Has Become More Scared, Not More Dangerous

In order to explain this notion in its entirety, and to have my readers fully understand the full meaning behind it, I’m going to take you back in time.

Let’s talk Serial Killers, for instance. Killers with the most gruesome and dark stories, repeated over and over because they couldn’t yet be caught. These killers were able to evade the system and torment cities around the country for weeks, months, and even years until their capture. But where are they today?

The data suggests that the peak in serial killing happened in the 80’s. Story after story, life after life lost, and news reporting on it. Yet today, we hear of these stories, as they still do exist, but the rate has declined to almost nothing compared to what they were in years past. It’s just very unlikely that today, with facial recognition, that anyone get away with murder after murder.

Media is where these stories were told, but in the 1980’s we had a light flow of media around us. When we would turn on the tv, or read a newspaper, there these stories would be, but we would have to access them. We would have to make the first move before we indulged in the days horrors. And only the big stories would make it across the country for all to read or view.

Today, everywhere you look, every few seconds of your life, you are being told a story by the media. The media is no longer something we access, but something that has access to all of us. Imagine the one who told scary stories needed to keep your attention all day. Do you think you would fear more, or less? Think about it.

The Conscious Mind…Ever Flowing

We, as humans, have the most powerful force within all of us.  The conscious mind.  Many people across all continents are becoming more and more conscious of the world around us and our place in history.  Our bodies are bound by limitations, but our minds are only confined to what we allow.  Anything and everything is possible if we think it.

That doesn’t mean we can do anything, it means we can think greater than ever before.  With our bodies being forced to sit still, it gives our minds the opportunity to flow freely.

A free mind is a conscious one.  One that is not bound by the opinions or restrictions society has placed on us.  It is an ever flowing thought process, searching for the meaning of it all.

As we sit still, our minds have the ability to go deeper into the meaning of what it means to be human and what humans can do to benefit the universe.

Energy is all around us.  Energy is what makes us.  Positive thinking can influence an entire nation and uplift everyone it comes in contact with.

A positive mind that chooses to be conscious has the capacity to heal all wounds.  A positive, conscious mind has the power to shift the entire world into healing.

We are all in pain right now, together.  We are more connected than ever before.  It is imperative that we allow ourselves to influence one another.

My daughter asked me about burials when people die.  She said, “Mommy, isn’t that cruel, to bury a dead person under the ground.”

I replied, “Honey, you and I will not be buried.”  The you that makes you you will live on.  It is called our soul.  Our soul will leave the body.  The body is simply our shell.”

That explanation sparked a feeling of faith and belief in humanity.  If our energy is all knowing and forever powerful, than we need not fear any virus, war, or tragedy that this life on earth brings.  Our energy, if given the right thought, can be at peace knowing we will prevail.

We were all placed on this earth at this moment.  We were all placed here to witness the greatest threat to humanity.  This threat will only empower us to think deeper and let the light in.

Every moment that goes by adds more to our conscious mind.  All the pain we feel adds courage.  Courage adds strength.  And strength, in our core, will allow us to become the most powerful and conscious minds this earth has yet to witness.

Stay strong, my friends.  We are rooting for each other.  I have faith in all of us.  I have faith that the peace we have been searching for is right on the other side of tragedy.  So when we speak to someone we love, our energy exudes influence.  This world may have been tarnished by the unconscious.  It may have been overcome with negativity.

It is time for the conscious mind to take back the power and influence and bring about love.  The greatest energy of all.

Break Away From The Clouds, Find HUMILITY.

Believe that you can be happy for this moment in time.  Believe that you were meant to live in the light.

I write these words, because there was once a time where the words were the only clue of what it felt like to live in the light.  These words that I give often are the same words that saved me from a grim future.  These words, my words, saved my life.

These are how the words would speak to me, even when I was blinded by gloom.

Believe that you can be happy for a moment in time, stop living with the burden that something tragic is about to present itself.

The burden becomes the chains that wear you.  They inhibit true bliss.  They live in the unexpected, because the chains are uncertain.  They live because of the tragic moments you’ve experienced and fear to relive.  You lie awake at night and your mind races.  The chains cover you.  Each day brings new sunlight and new opportunity, but you don’t seek it.  At times you can’t even see the light ahead.

Then one day you face the fear and remove the burden.  You recognize that without each tragedy, the happy moments and miracles that come to you wouldn’t have been possible.  That you have become even more authentic because of the pain.  You realize that you walked through abuse, death, illness, loneliness and found the light again.

The glimpse of light came from the voice within you.  You learned to wear those tragic experiences like a badge.  At one point you felt the world had failed you, that you had failed you, but instead of ending it all, you chose to keep searching for the light.

You realized that through your entire life, subconsciously, you had been filling a bottle of happy experiences and excited feelings.  When in you darkest moments, the bottle would show you the light.

Humility is that bottle.  Humility is what reminds us all that no matter how tragic or terrible our existence is, if we are granted another day, then we have everything we need to HEAL.

The Tragedy of Fear

Being Successful, Following Your Dreams, Facing Your Fears all fall in the same category in life.  Letting go of fear is how we conquer our greatest feats.  Taking chances is how we grow and evolve.   Yet many of us, will never step “outside” of our comfort zone.  Many people will never experience a moment of existing in an unknown environment.  Sure, we have video games to simulate that type of emotion.  We have local activities that allow us to feel as if we are winning.  We even have an internet, full of stories about other people who ARE taking risks with their lives and overcoming immense obstacles.  And for many, they will sit and watch their lives pass them by.  They will remain in their “safe” zone, never wandering into the unknown.

Life will become a habit that perpetuates itself.  Because of the enormous fear that follows you, you will create your own box.  You will be so afraid of what you aren’t sure of and what is not planned that you will fail to realize that LIFE is impossible to plan.  Even the most strategic plans in our universe cannot be carried out with perfection because we as humans are imperfect.  So instead of living a life you dreamed of, you will continue to dream of the few moments in your past that made you feel like you had a purpose.

I have been criticized my entire life about my lack of planning, and crazy outlook on my dreams.  I actually think that EVERYTHING I believe can happen in my life, will happen.  I have never let lack of money, resources, or fear hold me back.  Of course, fear has always tried to stop me from taking the chance, but I ignored fear because I control my actions.  Because of my strong-willed determination, I have found myself at the top of the Hollywood Hills, standing on the roof of a glass mansion, overlooking the entire city of LA.  I have had the chance to work with A-List Celebrities and live amongst the 1%.  I have put together events for hundreds of people and partied with the elite.   I have become a writer with thousands of people reading my blogs.  I now live in another country, and my next adventure will take me to an even greater place.  And like all of my other accomplishments, I will step into the unknown.  The ONLY thing I will know is that if I believe it is possible, then I have a chance.

Being alive gives us all the CHANCE to follow what we feel is our purpose.  Some of us will have 80 years and others will only have a few days.  Time is so valuable, yet we waste it in routine.  We waste time everyday.  Potential is in ALL of us, but WILL is not.  It takes WILL and POTENTIAL to make a difference in your life.  A TRAGEDY IS DEFINED AS A PLAY WITH TRAGIC EVENTS THAT HAS AN UNHAPPY ENDING, CONCERNING THE DOWNFALL OF THE MAIN CHARACTER.    Don’t let FEAR be your downfall.  YOU, AND ONLY YOU, DECIDE HOW YOUR STORY ENDS.

The Opportunity of Life

the opportunity.jpg

I often look back at the life I have lived and wonder why I was not yet taken from this world.  I was not one to stay on the safe side and there were plenty of opportunities in my past where death could have become me.  But, for some reason, I am able to sit here and type these words.  I have witnessed loved ones pass away, however, I continue to grow and live on.  I’m sure everyone has witnessed a story, much like there own, where the outcome for the other person was death.  Car accidents, illness, and violence are things that can happen to all of us.  Some of us are still here, and others not.  So why am I still here?  Why do I get the chance to feel one more day?  I realize that the answer is very simple.

LIFE HAS GIVEN ME AN OPPORTUNITY.  Everyday that I am breathing I have the opportunity to play a part and create my story.  I have the ability to experience the most beautiful moments that life has to offer.  I have the opportunity to chase a dream, to love someone, to fear something, and most of all, to inspire someone.

So why do so many people live under the dark cloud of negativity? Why do so many never take chances and wait on death?  It is as if some people know the end is coming and make the decision to stop living because it’s over anyway.

But it’s not over.  As long as you are here on this remarkable planet, living in this incredible moment, you should have hope.  Life gives us the opportunity that so many have lost.  We have the opportunity to enhance who we are and what mark we will leave on this world.  Life is the most important opportunity in our existence, for without it, we can no longer experience.

Being witness to so many young people, my peers, who have passed on, makes me appreciate my moment that much more.  There was once a friend that I went to school with.  We were born on the same day, the same year, at the same hospital.  We grew up and went to the same school.  He is gone and I am here.  I can’t answer why, all I can do is become the best ME that I can be.

My message for everyone who has the ability to read these words, is, never stop LIVING.  Never believe that it is over for you, because as long as you can breathe you can change and thrive.  If there is ever a moment you feel as if the world is to heavy to bare, remember that if tomorrow comes and time passes, things will balance once again.  If you feel depressed about your life, realize there is someone who never got another chance.  Understand that there are people who are now faint memories, but you are here and real.  Life is our greatest possibility, so don’t be afraid to ROLL THE DICE.
